Our rooms
are decorated in neutral colours.
All rooms are double glazed and have central heating.
Various rooms are supplied with an ironing set and a
laundry service is supplied upon request for a small
fee. Breakfast begins at 7am and ends at approximately
9am. Tea and coffee is available from the kitchen.
Check-in time is
after 11am (unless otherwise arranged)
on the day of arrival and check-out is
by 10am on the day of departure.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in all rooms.
The well-being of our guests is
very important to us. We are holders of the
Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene and have been
inspected and passed by Environmental Health and hold
a current Fire Safety Certificate. We are also fully
insured.

all damages and / or accidents must be
reported before departure and paid for
in full, at our discretion.
